Collection information
Collection is from our shop in Axminster, Devon or from our base in Chard, Somerset. When you have placed an order you will be notified when it is ready to collect. Please note it could take up to 5 working days for your order to be ready (if you need your item sooner, please contact us before placing your order). When your item is ready please either pop into the shop during our opening times, or contact us to arrange a suitable time for collection from our volunteer in Chard.
Don't forget to bring your order number!
Returns information
You can return items (except earrings) within 14 days of receiving them.

If you need to return items please ensure they are returned in the condition you received them.
You can return by post, or hand them over to us at Pippins Community Centre, Lyme Road, Axminster, Devon, EX13 5SS.
Returns must arrive no later than 14 days from the day on which you let us know you would like to return the item(s) and we recommend you send the item by recorded post.
If we receive the item within the agreed time, we will be able to reimburse you the full cost of the item. Unfortunately we cannot cover any postage costs incurred.
NB for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of earrings.
