Delivery information
Items will usually be posted via Royal Mail Tracked 48. We can only post to UK addresses.

Delivery is size dependent and will be calculated at checkout, but will be between £2.99 and £4.99.

If you are local you can use our online shop to reserve and pay for items and arrange to collect the item from the shop or from our site in Chard. After checkout we will email you to let you know when your item is ready for collection, please note it may take up to 5 working days for your item to be ready for collection. If you need the item sooner please contact us before placing an order.

Returns information
You can return items (except earrings) within 14 days of receiving them.

Please let us know you would like to make a return by emailing us at notoyleftbehindproject@gmail.com.

If you need to return items please ensure they are returned in the condition you received them.
You can return by post, or hand them over to us at Pippins Community Centre, Lyme Road, Axminster, Devon, EX13 5SS.
Returns must arrive no later than 14 days from the day on which you let us know you would like to return the item(s) and we recommend you send the item by recorded post.
If we receive the item within the agreed time, we will be able to reimburse you the full cost of the item. Unfortunately we cannot cover any postage costs incurred.
NB for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of earrings.
